About The Internship

KFAEC PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Casting Assistant Interns who are interested in the film, television, OTT, advertising, and entertainment industry. This internship offers practical exposure to casting operations, talent management, artist coordination, and audition processes.

Selected interns will work closely with casting projects and learn industry-level talent sourcing, artist communication, and casting management practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing actors, models, influencers, and artists for casting requirements
• Research talent profiles through social media and casting platforms
• Maintain and update artist databases and records
• Coordinate with artists regarding auditions and casting opportunities
• Assist in screening profiles, photographs, and audition submissions
• Help organize casting data and project requirements
• Communicate professionally with artists and talent agencies
• Support casting campaigns and promotional activities
• Track audition responses and submission status
• Assist the casting team in daily operational activities
