Job Description
We are looking for proactive and result-driven Marketing Staff to support the promotion of our PR services, news platforms, and advertising solutions. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, supporting client outreach, and strengthening brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for PR, media, and advertising services
• Promote company services through digital platforms, partnerships, and outreach activities
• Support lead generation and coordinate with the business development team
• Help manage social media promotions and marketing materials
• Track campaign performance and report insights for improvement
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications

Eligibility Criteria

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, media, or advertising (freshers with strong interest may apply)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and willingness to learn

Compensation Structure

• Base stipend/salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month upon meeting agreed responsibilities and targets
• If targets are not met, compensation may shift to performance-based or incentive-based payment
• Additional incentives based on campaign performance and lead contribution
