Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to acquire PR, news publication, and advertising clients. You will lead client generation efforts, ensuring partnerships that fuel our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and secure clients for PR and media services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Conduct pitches, negotiations, and client onboarding.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet mutually agreed monthly client acquisition targets, which will be documented.

Eligibility:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in PR/media.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in client acquisition.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of ₹20,000/month upon meeting agreed targets.
  • If targets are unmet, compensation will be commission-only.
  • Commission on all successful deals.
